Terms of Use
By using Wusee, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them before using the app, subscribing, or enabling sync.

1. Scope
These terms apply to the Wusee iOS app, this website, and related support services we provide. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using Wusee.
2. App Store Standard License
When Wusee is made available through the App Store, matters not otherwise stated on this page are governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms and App Store rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Wusee on Apple devices that you own or control.
4. Your Content and Data
Items, images, attachments, notes, wish list entries, and settings that you enter in Wusee remain yours. You are responsible for making sure the content you record is lawful, accurate, and appropriate to store or share.
5. iCloud, Backups, and Sharing
When you enable iCloud sync, export backups, import files, or share content, related data may be affected by Apple services, system features, third-party storage locations, or actions by shared members. Keep backup files carefully and share only with trusted people.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
If Wusee offers memberships, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store and governed by Apple account, payment, and refund rules. You can view or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription management.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse Wusee, interfere with services, bypass payment or permission restrictions, attempt to reverse engineer, copy or distribute non-public parts of the app, or use Wusee to record or share unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wusee name, icons, interface, text, code, and other product materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, we reserve all rights not granted to you.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Wusee is provided as is. We try to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit every specific need. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use Wusee.
10. Changes and Contact
