Why is iCloud sync not working?
Make sure the device is signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is available, and sync is enabled in Wusee settings. Sync can also be affected by network conditions, Apple account status, and iCloud service availability.
How do I back up or restore data?
You can export a backup file from Wusee data and privacy settings. Restoring a backup may overwrite current settings or records, so confirm the file source before continuing.
Why did I not receive expiry or warranty reminders?
Check iOS notification permission, Focus modes, reminder dates, and Wusee reminder rules. If system notification permission is off, Wusee cannot send local notifications.
What if my membership or subscription state is wrong?
Confirm that you are using the Apple ID used for purchase, then try restoring purchases in the app. If the issue remains, email the purchase time, product type, and screenshots.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete records in the app, turn off sync, or uninstall the app. Exported backup files, data synced to iCloud, or data shared with family members must be handled separately.
Which languages are supported?
The website automatically displays Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese based on your browser language. You can also switch language from the top-right menu.
