User Agreement

Welcome to Wusee. Wusee is a personal and family inventory and asset management tool for recording durable items, consumable batches, places and containers, expiry dates, calendar timelines, asset insights, wish lists, and related information. By using Wusee, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement.

Effective date: May 18, 2026

1. Service Content

Wusee helps you organize and view items you own, including names, categories, prices, quantities, status, places, reminder dates, attachments, images, and related notes. Some capabilities may still be in preview or gradually improving. Actual available features are based on what is shown in the app.

2. Your Records and Responsibilities

You should ensure that the content you enter is truthful and lawful, and that you have the right to store related images, files, or notes. You are responsible for deciding whether item records, budgets, depreciation, expiry dates, reminders, and analysis results fit your actual situation. Wusee is an organization and decision-support tool and does not provide financial, medical, legal, insurance, or appraisal advice.

3. Local Data, Sync, and Backup

The current version is primarily designed for local use. You can export backup files in Settings, and you are responsible for storing and managing those files. Importing or restoring a backup may overwrite current settings, library configuration, or existing records. If you enable iCloud sync, related data will enter your Apple iCloud account and be affected by Apple iCloud terms, privacy policy, and device sync status.

4. Reminders, Calendar, and Analysis

Wusee may generate reminders, calendar events, or analysis results based on dates, quantities, status, and usage records you enter. Due to system permissions, device state, time zones, incorrect data entry, sync delays, and similar factors, reminders and analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely only on Wusee for important due dates, medication use, safety checks, or high-value asset decisions.

5. Family Sharing and Member Collaboration

If you enable family sharing or a shared space, invited members may view, edit, or maintain items, places, reminders, and related information within the shared scope. Invite only members you trust, and confirm that the shared content is appropriate for those members to access.

6. Membership and Advanced Features

Wusee may offer Plus membership, family sharing, advanced analytics, batch management, or other paid features. Prices, benefits, trials, renewals, and cancellation rules are based on the in-app pages, App Store, or actual purchase flow.

7. Service Changes and Data Maintenance

We may update features, interfaces, data structures, and default configurations to fix issues, improve the experience, adapt to system changes, or adjust product direction. We will try to maintain data compatibility, but we still recommend exporting a backup before important updates.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Wusee is provided as is. We try to keep the app stable and available, but we do not promise that records, sync, reminders, analysis, backup, or restore will always be fully accurate, continuous, or error-free. Losses caused by the content you enter, your device environment, system permissions, third-party services, or your own operations are your responsibility.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement from time to time. Updated content will be shown in the app. If you continue using Wusee after an update, you accept the updated agreement.
